چکیده

Preparing Fe–Ga sheets with excellent magnetostrictive coefficients by rolling and annealing methods can greatly promote the development of high-efficiency devices. 0.3 mm thick thin sheet was produced one-stage large-reduction cold method without intermediate annealing. Trace V Nb elements addition improves formability precipitating a large number (Nb,V)C particles. The evolution precipitation, microstructure, texture, in investigated. microstructure primary recrystallization is composed homogenous distribution fine grains an average grain size about 22 μm. composite inhibitors MnS precipitates particle 40∼80 nm suppress matrix effectively. texture consists strong γ peak at {111}<112> relatively {114}<481> texture. secondary Goss occurs temperature 900 °C completed 1100 combined effects existing inhibitor several millimeter-sized accompanied small oriented were obtained after °C, its measured magnetostriction value 238 ppm. present work proposes promising routine to produce high-performance sheets.

The influence of microchemistry on the recrystallization texture of cold-rolled Al-Mn-Fe-Si alloys

The recrystallization textures of a cold-rolled Al-Mn-Fe-Si model alloy with three different microchemistry states after non-isothermal annealing were studied. The microstructure and texture evolution have been characterized by EBSD. It is clearly demonstrated that the actual microchemistry state as determined by the homogenization procedure strongly influence the recrystallized grain size and ...

Statistical analysis on static recrystallization texture evolution in cold-rolled AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet.

Cast AZ31B-H24 magnesium alloy, comprising Mg with 3.27 wt% Al and 0.96 wt% Zn, was cold rolled and subsequently annealed. Global texture evolutions in the specimens were observed by X-ray diffractometry after the thermomechanical processing. Image-based microstructure and texture for the deformed, recrystallized, and grown grains were observed by electron backscattered diffractometry. Recrysta...

Recrystallization and Texture Development in Hot Rolled 1050 Aluminum

The evolution of texture as a function of recrystallization has been characterized for hotrolled AA1050. Samples prepared from hot rolled sheet were annealed isothermally for sufficient time to allow complete recrystallization. The microstructural variation and texture evolution in the samples was observed by automatic indexing of Electron Back Scatter Diffraction (EBSD) patterns in a Scanning ...
